BestData has been in the modem business a while now, and they make a fairly good modem. Their support site is pretty thorough and a help for most users. Best Data modems use the Rockwell chipset and they support 56kFlex and all their newer modems support V.90. If your ISP still supports 56kFlex only, your Bestdata modem should be backwards compatible with that and connect using the flex protocol automatically.
